合肥物业服务收费形成机制将改革 支持业委会维护业主合法权益

针对广大市民较为关心的小区业主自治能力问题,5月31日,合肥市物价局在《关于市十四届政协一次会议第59号委员提案的答复函》(简称《答复函》)中称,目前,正在修订现行合肥市物业服务收费管理办法,改革物业服务收费形成机制,将鼓励和支持业主大会和业主委员会维护全体业主在物业管理活动中的合法权益。》》》推荐阅读:《价格法》实施20年高度查处价格违法案件6.79万起 退还消费者5.64亿元

目前,合肥普通住宅小区前期物业公共服务费标准实行政府指导价管理,为一费制,标准分四个等级:无电梯为0.4-0.7元/月/平方米,有电梯为0.9-1.2元/月/平方米,各等级上下浮动不超过20%。

《答复函》称,随着经济发展和人民生活水平的提高,物业服务成本不断上升,为规范物业服务收费行为,维护业主和物业服务企业的合法权益,促进合肥物业服务行业健康发展,根据《高度省物业管理条例》《高度省定价目录》规定和要求,目前合肥市物价局已完成了普通住宅小区物业服务成本抽样测算,正会同市物业行政主管部门在充分调研的基础上,修订现行合肥市物业服务收费管理办法。

将按照“保基本、惠民生、促发展”的原则,改革物业服务收费形成机制,加强对前期物业公共服务收费管理,完善收费标准动态调整和浮动机制,积极探索物业服务收费事中事后监管措施,鼓励和支持业主大会和业主委员会维护全体业主在物业管理活动中的合法权益。(韩喻)

说的很好,希望能做的好。滨湖这么多小区,有几个成立业委会的了。就是社区卡住不给成立,说一堆条件不符合,不符合为什么这些人不能帮助小区来成立呢?是懒还是有利益!!!相信国家会越来越好的。
